We are based in Jersey in the Channel Islands where we demonstrate the art of Medieval and Tudor hawking. From the beginning of April until the end of September 2006 we will be concentrating on Tudor hawking at Mont Orgueil Castle, Jersey. On occasions at weekends we also fly at the Hougue Bie. More about these sites can be found at

 http://www.jerseyheritagetrust.org/

Although we are committed to flying most days during the summer we are available to schools and private functions and on occasions, time permitting, we can provide you with a unique opportunity to experience first hand the delights and excitement of handling and flying a bird of prey.

There is so much information about the history of hawking and falconry available that we are not going to reproduce it on this site. If you want written hawking history a good place to start is

http://www.hawk-conservancy.org/histfalc.shtml

But if you want to see the real thing in action visit us at Mont Orgueil in Jersey. We look forward to seeing you.
